Your satisfaction is fully guaranteed!
Should you find it necessary to return your order for any reason within 30 days, we’ll refund your purchase price minus shipping and handling and applicable restocking charges. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your item(s) back to us.
Products returning for money refund must be in original condition, sealed, never opened, nor used.
If item has been opened, unsealed, or used it may be returned only in case if it is defective and for exchange only.
Defective items (on manufacturer direct warranty) must be returned directly to manufacturer for an exchange or repair. Please contact manufacturer first to troubleshoot the item.
Defective items (on Digitalet warranty) must be returned in original packing order supplemented with detailed description of a problem experienced.
All returns, exchanges and warranty claims must accompany our RMA which will be provided via email upon request.
Customer must pack defective items being returned as if they were new and working. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty.
Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are not refundable.
Customer must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify Digitalet within 7 business days if any products are missing or damaged.
Unless otherwise indicated, products sold with a Manufacturer's/Factory/ Direct Warranty may be returned to Digitalet within 7 days of receipt for replacement or service under warranty.
After 7 days following receipt of a product sold with a Manufacturer's/Factory/Direct Warranty, products must be returned directly to the product's maker (or point of contact specified at the time of purchase) for warranty service.
After 30 days, only returns of non-working product will be honored; no refunds after 30 days
Unauthorized/unmarked returns will not be honored
RMA numbers are valid for and products must be returned to Digitalet within 30 days of issue
To be accepted, all products being returned must be clearly labeled with the assigned RMA number and accompanied with a printed copy of the sales order or invoice
Customers must pack any item(s) being returned completely, with all manuals, cables, accessories, software, etc., as if they are new and in working condition
Regardless of condition, all products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping, damaged product(s) will be returned to customer
Failure to follow these guidelines will invalidate both the RMA and the warranty
Digitalet will not be responsible or held liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any product(s) it sells
Please check product compatibility! If you’re returning a product found incomparable after installing on you computer/photo/video etc. system we will charge you 20% restocking fee.
Per product descriptions, compatibility can be reasonably assured in most cases but can never be guaranteed; a product that is incompatible in a specific hardware/software environment is not therefore automatically "defective"
